bulgogi glaze – soy, garlic, sugar, chilli
Cotija cheese – Mexican hard cow’s milk cheese, reminiscent of parmesan
Gochujang – Korean chilli paste
nam jim – classic Thai sweet, sour, spicy and salty dipping sauce
nam prik pla – another classic Thai sweet, sour, spicy and salty dipping sauce that we use as a salad dressing
poke – next-gen sashimi, but flash grilled and cut into bit-size pieces
queso fresco – “fresh cheese”, light, creamy, tangy
togarashi – Japanese seasoning with an array of spices and flavours
yakitori – Japanese-style grilled chicken

Strictly per person. Offer can not be shared. Bottomless brunch customers will receive wristbands upon being seated. These must be worn so we can ensure you are receiving your bottomless beverages. No double parking. We reserve the right to refuse service in accordance with Responsible Service Standards. Additional small brunch plates are available for $13.50 (Big Breakfast $22.5). Bottomless brunch strictly ends at 1:00pm.
